Services
MEDIATION: We provide all forms of mediation including civil, divorce, child custody, juvenile, real estate, business, property and magistrate court matters.
ARBITRATION: Unlike mediation, arbitration is more like a trial where a trained and experienced lawyer serves a sort of a "private judge" hearing the evidence and deciding your case. Arbitration can be binding or non-binding. Sometimes a contract requires arbitration before a lawsuit can be filed, you should carefully consider which arbitrator to use since that person will be deciding your case.
BINDING ARBITRATION IN DIVORCE AND CHILD CUSTODY CASES: You and your spouse can avoid the courtroom and judge by having a binding arbitraion (private judge) hear and decide your case. Our lawyers provide a truly fair and impartial hearing saving you thousance of dollars in trial preparation and attorneys fees.
Se habla Espanol. BILINGUAL MEDIATION SERVICES: we are able to provide services to spanish speaking litigation and individuals and will arrange to have an experienced translator to assist for other foreign language participants.
Charges for Services
We bill hourly for our services. Our hourly rates are usually about one-half or less of what lawyers in your area charge for their time. We also offer discounted daily rates for complex mediations and we never charge for travel. Mediation is provided at hourly rates of between $120 and $200 per hour and this rate is shared equally by the parties, with a discounter daily rate (up to 8 hours) of between $750 and $1,250 per day.
There is a 2 hour minimum charge, which is paid in advance, with each party paying for one hour.
Some courts have set a reduced rate for court assigned mediators and if we are assigned by the Court we always honor the designated hourly rate.
Mediators are paid at the time of mediation.

We NEVER "double book" and so you will never find yourself waiting for us to appear on time or find us "watching the clock" to get to another mediation. We charge a reasonable rate and provide services for those funds.
