We are available during business hours to schedule your mediation at your convenience.  We are sometimes available after hours to return your calls and to sechedule weekend, evening and holiday mediations.  We offer emergency service to our favored customers.  We will travel throughout Georgia to mediate your case.

We strive to answer every call as it is received.  Sometimes we are unable to do so.  If we are unable to take your call, please leave a message with your name, call back telephone number, dates that you would like to schedule a mediation and the location of the mediation (where you or the other party reside or a neutral county).
