About Us
We provide services to the legal and litigant community throughout the State of Georgia. We also have specialty mediation teams who will work together for one low rate to handle all aspects of complex property, realty, construction, divorce or other cases or matters. We have physicians, professional engineers, and other professionals who will serve as mediators, alone or with one of our mediation specialists.

About the Firm
We have found that one a few mediators handle most of the cases in Georgia. This lack of diversity results in less enthusiasm and escalating costs for mediation. While the mediators are becoming more and more a part-time business, the courts are requiring mediation in almost every type of case. While you should check with your county, most require mediation in every divorce, child custody or modification of child support cases. Many also require mediation in every case before it is est for trial.

About Us
Our mediators have been through the process of mediation many times and most have experienced the difficult decisions that have to be made during a divorce through their personal experiences. Having been there, we understand the issues and hard choices that must be made. We work with you to make those decisions in an informed and open setting.
Our mediators include:
Betty Estes: Betty is the founding member of the firm and has years of experience in business, restaurant, and real estate management, ownership and acquisition. She has owned and managed may businesses and has patience and determination that is hare or impossible to match. She mediates with teh patience and persistence that has made her a success for decades.
Virlyn Estes: Virlyn has more than 30 years experience as a real estate professional, businessman and negotiator. His stregnth is in the areas of construction, property and contract/real estate disputes.
Vikki D. Ford: Is an attorney with more than a decade of service to the legal profession. She is a lawyer, guardian ad litem, and child advocate. She has substantial experience in domestic relations mediations and is prepared to assist you with all types of mediation needs.
Dina Fowler: Is a mediator, mother, business woman and creative thinker who has substantial experience in financial issues, property and contract disputes.
Dawn Bledsoe: Has experience in many fields and views mediation as a means to help others reach their goals. She has been involved in property and real estate for years and is available to serve you.
Diane Marger Moore: Is an attorney with more than 31 years of experience in all areas of civil and criminal litigation. She has mediated hundreds of cases including all family law type cases to and including probate, property, personal injury and other cases. She is available on weekends and by special arrangement only and works with all of the other mediators in "team mediation" allowing the parties to have access to both legal and other specific expertise.
