Mediation Works!  It is an alternative to the costly and lengthy process of traditional litigation, which involves court hearings, depositions, discovery, and delay, emotionally and financially draining the people involved and their families.

We offer free telephonic consultations with you and your spouse to explain the process.  We will assist you in preparing a written agreement, if you reach a settlement.  We are NOT your lawyer, in fact, you decide what is best for you and your children without relying on the predictions of an attorney or the judgment of a court.  You may retain the opion of having your lawyer review the agreement reached at mediation, if you choose, or you may have a lawyer attend medition with you.

Mediation is a means of settling every case with an outcome that is at least as good as, and often better than, a decision made by the Courts.  It is the most cost effective means of obtaining the results you deserve.
